・Those who have a fever, feel under the weather, or have been in close contact with anyone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19 should refrain from attending the event.
・There will be a temperature check at the event entrance, those with a temperature of over 37.5 will not be permitted to enter
・Please wear a mask, disinfect your hands, and practice social distancing with other visitors.
・Access to the observation deck will be by reservation only between 6AM and 8AM
・After 8AM, in the event that the deck remains crowded, access to the deck will be limited to 50 people every 5 minutes
・Please bring any trash home with you

・Early morning access to the observation deck (6AM - 8AM) will be allowed by reservation only. Reservations are free.
・All people who intend to access the deck between 6AM - 8AM will require a reservation without exception
・Reservations can be made at the following site: 🌸　DECK ACCESS RESERVATION SITE

Those who have a reservation should park at P1 (Shimiyoshida Daini Elementary School Grounds) and take the free shuttle (running every 20 minutes from 5:20 AM) or walk to the entrance of the observation deck. Please allow ample time.

【 Those without reservations 】
Reservations are not necessary after 8AM, however, entry will not be permitted until after 8AM.
Access to the deck will be limited to 50 people every 5 minutes approximately.
